The hotel is spacious and centrally located, making it easy for my family and I to explore nearby attractions. My teenage daughter loved the indoor pool, and we all enjoyed our time relaxing in the recreational areas. The staff genuinely tried to assist us when possible.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities available for the little ones. A poolside snack bar would be great to keep everyone happy.

The location of Causeway Bay is fantastic. it's central and close to plenty of food options. I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and it offered a good amount of space for my family. The staff at check-in were friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome right off the bat. The room felt clean, and the beds were comfortable for a good night's sleep. However, there were several areas needing improvement. The pool and other amenities were unavailable, which was disappointing since we hoped to use them. Some of the furniture and fixtures in the room looked outdated and could use some refreshing. The breakfast options were pretty limited. it would be nice to have more variety available for guests. Plus, the layout of the hotel felt somewhat confusing at times, making it tricky to find our way around. Despite some flaws, the friendly staff and room comfort made the stay decent overall.

I loved being just a few steps from Veterans Memorial Gardens and only a short walk to a variety of dining spots like Starbucks and Big John's Steak & Onion, making my city strolls even more enjoyable as I explored local landmarks and soaked in the park views.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty rough. Dirty sheets and even pubic hair in the bed—yikes! The front desk switched our room, but it didn't feel cleaner. We had a late check-in, no TV, and no pool access, which was frustrating. It honestly felt like no one had been there in forever. We ended up all crammed in one bed because it was that bad. Definitely not a good experience.
